Empire Equipment Company acquires Kansas City, MO based Foxx Equipment Co. to further expand leading Distribution Platform
Empire Equipment Company ("Empire") (www.empire-equipment.com), has acquired Foxx Equipment Co, Kansas City, MO and Denver, CO to further expand a leading wholesale distribution platform for commercial foodservice and beverage equipment. Together, the Company will have eleven distribution locations throughout the US.
Foxx Equipment Co. is a value-added wholesale distributor of specialty beverage dispensing equipment and aftermarket parts in the foodservice, hospitality, beverage, and retail industries. Foxx Equipment Co has provided market-leading wholesale distribution capabilities since 1956 throughout the US markets.
