Empire Equipment Company acquires Hayward, CA based Pacific Marketing Associates, Inc.

Wholesale distributors of commercial foodservice equipment partner to expand offerings and share expertise throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southwest, West Coast and Pacific Northwest.

Empire Equipment Company ("Empire Group"), has acquired Pacific Marketing Associates, Inc (PMA) (www.pmareps.com), a wholesale distributor of commercial foodservice equipment based in Hayward, CA. Together, the company has seven distribution locations throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southwest, West Coast and Pacific Northwest.

PMA is a value-added wholesale distributor of commercial foodservice equipment and aftermarket parts to the foodservice, hospitality, healthcare, and retail industries. PMA has provided market-leading wholesale distribution capabilities for over 70 years throughout the West Coast (California) and Pacific Northwest markets.
