As well as having fast and friendly customer service, we further support our customers in Virginia and the Carolinas with our office and warehouse facility in Goldsboro, North Carolina.  At this location we have 100,000 square feet of warehouse space well stocked with equipment.  As an added support, we have 20,000 square feet of parts to cover warranty and routine repairs for the majority of products we distribute.  For our Georgia customers, we have over 40,000 square feet dedicated to equipment and 10,000 square feet of parts stock.  This office and warehouse is located in Atlanta, Georgia.  Our newest warehouse is in Lakeland Florida with over 30,000 square feet for equipment and 10,000 square feet for parts.

Our mission is to have your equipment or part shipped on the same day you place your order with us.  This means in most cases that you have your order the next business day!

To insure your needs are handled expediently after the sale, we have support staff dedicated providing Technical Support and Warranty Service/Claims.  This means you get the assistance you need.  Not the typical, "sorry, we only sell the equipment" statement.
